Alon started his film industry career in 1999 in Cape Town, South Africa. He started out managing talent in the industry from models to characters and even pets.

Been thrown into the deep end of having to create his own productions in the agency so as to create revenue, Alon learn't first hand the challenges and success of producing a top quality shoot.

Moving through the ranks as a freelancer his roles rose from cast-coordinator, casting director, production assistant, production manager, assistant director and then producer. Alon travelled far and abroad freelancing in many countries some including Dubai, Oman, Germany and Iran. Alon has also facilitated crews from all over the world including United Kingdom, Germany, Scotland, Japan, China, USA, Canada, Spain, Russia, South Africa, Bahrain, Qatar, Iran and UAE.

Alon has experience working in film, video and photography, focusing mainly on tv commercials, corporate videos (image films), stills and music videos.
